How long will my flowers stay fresh?
With proper care, our signature bouquets typically stay vibrant for 7 to 10 days. We include a packet of flower food and a care guide with every order to help maximize their vase life.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM local time, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following business day.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
If the recipient is unavailable, our drivers will look for a safe, shaded spot to leave the arrangement. If no secure location is available, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery.
Can I customize a bouquet?
Absolutely! While we offer curated seasonal collections, you can contact our floral designers directly to create a bespoke arrangement tailored to your specific color preferences and favorite blooms.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
Because our products are live botanicals, we do not accept returns. However, if your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, please send us a photo within 24 hours and we will provide a full replacement or store credit.
Are your flowers sustainably sourced?
We prioritize sustainability by partnering with eco-certified farms and using recyclable or compostable packaging materials whenever possible to minimize our environmental footprint.
